Terms of Service

By accessing or using Slotizen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Slotizen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your internal business purposes.

Under this licence you may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the platform or its content
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose outside your own clinic operations
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at security@slotizen.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or spam
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software that disrupts the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written permission
• Circumvent any security or access controls

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at sign-up. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

If a payment fails, your account may be downgraded or suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days post-termination before permanent deletion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slotizen and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of - or inability to use - the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Slotizen in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
