Open in Safari, tap Share
Open slotizen.com in Safari, then tap the Share icon in the toolbar.

Scroll down the share sheet and tap "Add to Home Screen".

Confirm by tapping "Add" in the top-right corner. Done.
This only works in Safari - Chrome on iOS doesn't support adding sites to the home screen.
