Everything. Every feature on Slotizen is fully unlocked - scheduling, client records, session notes, staff management, analytics, payments, and more. The only limitation is AI features: transcription and clinical summary generation share a pool of 100 credits. That's enough for around 50 full sessions with both features. No credit card is required to start.

Your data is completely safe. If you choose a paid plan, everything continues seamlessly - no migration, no re-entry. If you decide not to continue, your data is retained for 30 days so you can export it in CSV or PDF format at no cost. We never delete data without notice.

AI transcription and clinical summary generation use external AI infrastructure that has a real cost per use. 100 credits is more than enough to thoroughly evaluate the AI features - it covers around 50 sessions with both transcription and summary. Growth plan and above include higher or unlimited AI credits.

Our controls are designed around India's DPDP Act 2023 and the US HIPAA Security Rule - including per-client consent, data-rights requests, audit logs and 15-minute inactivity logout. These are engineering controls, not a certification: Slotizen has not undergone a formal HIPAA, DPDPA or SOC 2 audit. Patient records are never shared with third parties, and role-based access ensures staff only see what they need to.

Your data is yours. If you cancel, you can export a full copy of all your clinic data (clients, sessions, notes, bookings) in CSV or PDF format. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
